• Client cancellations after payment = No refund
• Company cancellations = Full refund

• Graphic Design pricing varies based on complexity.
• Website Development pricing depends on project scope.
• Social Media Handling monthly packages available.

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information. We are not responsible for third-party platform issues.

6. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are agreed per project. Delays will be communicated in advance.

7. Revisions

Limited revisions are included in packages. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients own final deliverables after full payment. We may display projects in our portfolio.

9. Limitation Of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes will be handled in Noida courts.
