2. Payments

    • 50% advance before project starts
    • 50% final on completion
  2. Graphic Design, Google My Business Optimization
    • 100% advance

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Client cancellations after payment = No refund
  • Company cancellations = Full refund

4. Pricing

  • Google My Business Listing: Pricing depends on optimization level and services required.
  • Graphic Design: Pricing varies based on design complexity and requirements.
  • Content Writing: Charges depend on content type, length, and research.
  • Social Media Marketing: Monthly packages available based on platform and strategy.
  • Custom packages available as per client needs.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

Clients must provide timely and accurate information. We are not liable for third-party platform issues.


6. Delivery Timelines

Delivery dates agreed per project. Delays will be communicated in advance.


7. Revisions

Limited revisions are included in the package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.


8. Intellectual Property

Clients own final deliverables after full payment. We may display completed projects in our portfolio.


9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use of our services.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes will be handled in Noida courts.


11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Please review them periodically.
